Shipping policy

PLEASE NOTE: You may request additional shipping insurance at any time. If additional insurance is not requested and paid for, your package will only be covered up to the complimentary $100 of insurance we provide.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer. Infinity Metals International is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage occurring during transit.

We have no control over carrier schedules, delivery timelines, delivery dates, customs processing, VAT, tariffs, or taxes.

If a package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. However, if additional insurance beyond the complimentary $100 was not purchased, we are unable to offer further reimbursement once the order has shipped.

All shipping methods are selected at our discretion unless otherwise agreed to in writing. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, tariff and import fees. We do not mark packages as gifts or undervalue shipments.

Most orders arrive within 5 to 8 business days. We do not guarantee processing times, but we will select the shipping service necessary for your order to arrive as close to 5 to 8 business days as possible. If you purchase an item on hold, as a pre-order or with a delayed shipping time, all items in your order will be shipped together. If you need other items sooner, please place separate orders.
