Returns, Warranties & Repairs

Infinity Metals International, LLC is committed to providing exceptional quality and transparent service. Please review the policies below to understand how returns, warranties, and repairs are handled for both Infinity Metals International products and Sunstone products.


Transaction Fees & Order Cancellations

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, or a refund is issued for a non-defective item, we reserve the right to deduct non-refundable payment processing fees incurred by our business.

Payment processors typically charge between 3%–10% per transaction, and those fees are not returned to us when refunds are issued.

These processing fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.


🔹 Infinity Metals International Products

🛠️ Returns – Manufacturer Defects Only

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction unrelated to product defect.

Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase only if the product is confirmed to have a manufacturer defect.

Return Process:

  1. Email hello@pjbestie.com to initiate a return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
  3. Once received, the product will be inspected.

If a manufacturer defect is confirmed:

  • A full refund or replacement will be issued.

If no defect is found:

  • The customer may choose to have the product returned at their expense, or
  • Authorize disposal of the item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Argon gas (all types)
  • Chain (all chain sales are final)
  • Digital products once accessed or downloaded
  • Training, calibration, or consulting services already rendered
  • Shipping charges

🔒 90-Day Limited Warranty

All Infinity Metals International products are backed by 1 year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects only.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper setup
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage caused by power surges, improper voltage, or environmental conditions

If a product qualifies under warranty, we may provide repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.


🔹 Sunstone Products

Infinity Metals International, LLC is an authorized reseller of Sunstone products. Sunstone products are subject to Sunstone’s return and warranty policies.


🔁 Sunstone Returns

Sunstone products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to approval and applicable restocking fees.

To initiate a return:

  • Email hello@pjbestie.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the package.
  • Ship the product as instructed.

Unless a manufacturer defect is confirmed, customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance.

Restocking Fees

  • 10% – Standard Sunstone items
  • 30% – Third-party products (including laser welders, engravers, AVIO systems)
  • 30% – Chain (unopened in original Sunstone-sealed packaging)
  • Chain (opened) – Non-returnable
  • Argon tanks – Non-returnable

Shipping, calibration, and training services are non-refundable.


🛡️ Sunstone Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage is provided by Sunstone Engineering and is subject to their warranty terms.

Coverage periods typically include:

  • 1-Year Warranty – Most standard Sunstone products
  • 3-Year Warranty – Zapp, Zapp Plus, mPulse, mPulse30, Orion PJ, 100c, 150s, 250s, 200i
  • Laser & Specialty Equipment – 1–2 years (varies by product)
  • Laser Diodes/Modules – 2 years or 10,000 clock hours
  • Consumables – Covered only for defects upon delivery

Warranty Process:

  • Contact hello@pjbestie.com to initiate a claim.
  • Customer may be responsible for shipping unless defect is confirmed.
  • Sunstone will determine whether to repair, replace, refund, or issue credit at their discretion.

Infinity Metals International, LLC does not independently extend warranty coverage beyond what is provided by Sunstone.


🌍 International Orders

For international purchases:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, taxes, and import fees.
  • Shipping costs for returns or repairs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.
