How long before I receive my welder and/or welding tools?
The welders typically ship within 5 business days (as long as they are in stock) via UPS ground shipping, contact us if you’d like to upgrade your shipping.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, we ship internationally to most countries. You can view your shipping options at checkout. International customers should be prepared to pay their country’s customs, duties, and VAT/taxes. Also, international customers should be prepared to pay all shipping costs on any returns and repairs.
Should I get Orion MPulse or the OrionPJ
The Orion brand is the top brand of welder in permanent jewelry and dominates several other industry categories. The MPulse has higher power settings if you are doing benchwork, while the OrionPJ was designed specifically for permanent jewelry and welding on people with the option for a longer stylus to reach the client for anklets and necklaces.
Do I have to use argon?
Real welding industry experts would and should always answer this with a resounding YES. Our program will fully cover this including the science behind it.
How long is the course?
The core video content is approximately 7 hours long. This is an ALL-INCLUSIVE program. We add bonus videos on a regular basis in addition to printed material.
